Cancellations:

Damaged/incorrect item:

How can I request a refund?
To return your item, please email us at contact@moovora.fr. Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in new condition. If the item is not in new condition, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item arrives damaged, Moovora will cover the return shipping costs. If the customer changes their mind within 14 days of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Responsibility for Logistics Issues:
At Moovora, we do everything we can to guarantee fast and efficient shipping of your orders. However, once the packages are handed over to the delivery companies, their transport and logistical management become their responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by these carriers. In case of any problem, we encourage you to contact the customer service department of the delivery company directly. However, we remain available to assist you with any issues you may have.

Customers are not satisfied with the color product ordered.
Customers damage their items after use.
Customers are refusing delivery from carriers.
