In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless otherwise stated or the error is attributable to Moovora.
No refund will be issued without receipt of the returned product, except in exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a compliant return, a full refund of the product will be issued after receipt and verification of the package.
The refund is issued via the original payment method.
The customer can request an exchange for another available model .

The new product is shipped after the returned product is received.
In certain specific cases, and in the interest of an amicable resolution, Moovora may propose, with the client's agreement , one of the following solutions:
A partial refund of 60% , without returning the product (This option is often preferred by our customers, as the return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
These solutions are offered on a case-by-case basis and do not replace the legal right of withdrawal.
